To purchase any antiques or other one-of-a-kind pieces you must contact me to determine
if the item is still available.  Please fill in all the info required in the boxes provided.  If the item
is still available I will send you a PayPal Payment Request which contains a link to PayPal
where you can make your payment from either your PayPal account, or by credit card
or eCheck.

Once a PayPal Payment Request is sent it must be paid immediately
unless other arrangements are made.

Using PayPal you can pay by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
by eCheck, or from your PayPal account balance.  However, be advised that when paying by
eCheck it can take 3 - 5 business days for your check to clear before an item can be shipped.
Normal shipping time is 3 days to a week for Antiques and One-of-a-kind items.

1)  If a PayPal Payment Request is not paid immediately or other arrangements made
the item will go to the next customer who contacted me to purchase it.

2)  Inquiring about an item by email does not indicate the item is on
hold for you unless you are the first person to request purchasing
the item by submitting this form.

3)  Please read descriptions carefully or ask questions before purchasing
because all sales are final.

purchase more than one item, please make a list first, including the
pages items are on, and then enter all the items at once rather than
filling out multiple forms.

You cannot go to a different page and then return to this page or
everything you entered before will disappear.

When you're finished just click on "Submit" and this form will be
automatically sent to me by email.  Sales are on a first come first
served basis according to the date and time this form is submitted
and ALL SALES ARE FINAL, so please make sure you truly want
any items before purchasing them.
